1. Services

• AwaSoft provides digital solutions including web development, UI/UX design, SEO, CRM integration, analytics, cloud hosting, and AI-powered tools.
• Service packages are subscription-based, starting at £50/month. Custom solutions may include separate agreements.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Services are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are accepted in GBP, TL, or CAD via Stripe, Wise, or bank transfer.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate information, content, and materials required for project execution.
• Delays in providing content may affect delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

• All source code, designs, and digital assets created by AwaSoft remain the property of AwaSoft until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party tools or libraries used.

5. Support & Maintenance

• Projects include 1 month of complimentary support post-launch.
• Additional support and updates are available via ongoing maintenance packages.

6. Limitation of Liability

• AwaSoft is not liable for indirect losses such as business interruption, loss of revenue, or third-party service outages.
• We ensure compliance and security best practices but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.

7. Termination

AwaSoft may suspend or terminate services if payment is overdue or if terms are violated.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, with adaptation for Turkey and Canada as applicable.
